Exchanges

The fastest way to receive your desired product is to initiate a return for the original item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the product of your choice.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing a justification.
To qualify:

  • Items must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, we’ll process your refund and issue it to your original payment method within 2 business days.
